What's Our Story

Founded in 2015

We have established a curriculum that teaches ages 4-18 how to embrace a passion for the hospitality industry through food.

We collaborate with strategic community partnerships that align with our mission to intervene in the lives of our kids and youth to give them new tools and lessons to become great Chefs. 

Our targeted culinary programs teach our students how to Cook, Grow, Give Back & Be Empowered. 

Since our inception we have helped hundreds of kids,teens and adults learn the importance of food sustainability. We strive to take our mission global through the establishment of JCOA Francises.

“Almost 8 months ago Enzo started at Junior Chefs of America. We were looking for an experience that could help with some sensory issues Enzo had. It was almost unbearable for him to touch meat, and worse to eat it. He was discouraged to help in the kitchen as the smell or the texture of some ingredients were overwhelming for him.

We looked for a cooking class, most of them were more focused on baking skills. Something we could practice at home. Looking thoroughly we found Junior Chefs.

So diverse that most dishes were new to us. Enzo has evolved tremendously. He doesn’t try most of the dishes, but he embraces the cooking process like a cham. He has leaned to cut, measure, clean his area, and about the cultures of so many unknown places. Thanks Junior Chefs of America”
