Our Business Approach

The success of our concept comes from a dedication to our mission:

At Junior Chefs of America, we broaden our student’s food awareness by offering global culinary classes & community food sustainability experiences both in community and classroom.

We have 5 Programs through One Great School, creating a well-balanced curriculum for all ages.

What Makes JCOA So Unique

At Junior Chefs of America, we go beyond just cooking with kids – we cook with everybody. While many schools focus only on children, we pride ourselves on including all ages, fostering a love for cooking that spans generations. Our unique approach includes a certification program designed specifically for teens, giving them the skills and recognition they need to succeed in the culinary world. We are truly unlike any other cooking school in the United States, offering a blend of inclusivity, hands-on learning, and opportunities that set us apart.

Additionally, our strong partnerships with local and national organizations further enhance the experiences we offer to our students, making Junior Chefs of America a leader in culinary education.
