Founded in 2015, we have established a curriculum that teaches ages 4-18 how to embrace a passion for the hospitality industry through food. We have had much success with our teams, noting that the food industry is growing as more teens are eager to learn culinary skills. In 2024, the U.S. culinary class industry is valued at approximately USD 4 billion and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.2% through 2030. A major driver of this growth is innovation—both in course offerings and teaching methods. We continually experiment to keep our curriculum fresh and our students engaged, ensuring every class delivers a flavorful experience.
